Description
Cheese made from pasteurized milk, ready after 60 day of seasoning. Crust treatment with tomato preserves carried out several times. Despite the seasoning it keeps softness and creminess intact, developing a strong and intense flavor. Schelf life : about 12 months if stored in a cool place.
Ingredients:pasteurized sheep milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
