He’s always ready to try new techniques and dairy products with the curiosity that has always distinguished him since he was a child.

He was also raised in the dairy farm. After graduating in agricultural science, he worked for years in the field of agro-food inspection and at last he returned to the cheese factory with a lot of enthusiasm and innovations

He focus his attention on the quality control of raw materials and products throughout the processing to the company and sales. Fabio also manages the relationship with customers with availability and kindness.

Young and fresh personality, besides being competent in this area, she is characterized by a good dose of enthusiasm. She is an integral part of the company and offers continuos support, from the production process to the sales.

Since the foundation of the company he has been engaged in direct relationship with his customers, for whom he is an expression of our friendliness and seriousness. Although he has achieved his well-deserved pension, he continues his work with passion, supporting the young with the strength of his own experience.
